The Rędzinski Bridge

The Rędzinski Bridge is a road cable-stayed bridge over the Oder River, part of the A8 highway. The reinforced concrete structure is suspended from a single pylon by 160 cables. The bridge stretches 612 meters and its height is 122 meters. It is the highest structure of its kind in Poland. The design of the bridge was made by the Research and Design Team “Bridges – Wrocław” under the direction of Prof. Jan Biliszczuk.
